Park Ridge Animal Hospital, LLC requires payment in full at the time professional services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Cards, and Personal Checks accompanied by valid identification.
- Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
- Appointment Policy
Patients are seen in the following order: 1. Emergencies 2. Scheduled Appointments
If you are delayed for a scheduled appointment, other patients may need to be seen ahead of you so that we can maintain our schedule. While we try to keep delays to a minimum, please remember that extenuating circumstances arise in providing quality Veterinary Health Care.
